AID EFFORT FOR UKRAINE IS UNDERWAY

Everyone can become a benefactor of people who bravely fight on their land with Russian invaders. Among the defenders of their homeland there are the citizens of Ukraine, representing many nations that live there: first of all Ukrainians, but there are also Poles and… Russians.

If you want to help, with our aid you can, for example: offer CELOX 35g dressing, very helpful on the battlefield. A wounded soldier can prepare it individually by pouring granules directly onto the wound..

By making a donation in the amount of PLN 90.40 to our Caritas account, you will give one such dressing. Nevertheless, all other payments will also help.

In July 2015, thanks to the generosity of many benefactors, our Caritas donated 180 CELOX 35g dressings, bandages, postoperative patches, etc. to Ukraine. Aid of nearly PLN 25,000 was transferred to the central clinical hospital of the State Border Guard Service in Kyiv and for Ukrainian soldiers, fighting in the anti-terrorist operation zone.

The size of Russian leaders' criminal activities in eastern Ukraine is shocking. Official figures say that nearly 900 Ukrainian soldiers, members of the National Guard, have died so far, over 3,000 have been wounded. Over 3,000 civilians were also killed, as well as 298 passengers and members of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17.

CELOX – oryginalny preparat w postaci absorpcyjnego granulatu hemostatycznego. Preparat w tej formie ma najszerszy zakres zastosowań. Postać granulek zapewnia prosty i szybki sposób kontrolowania krwawienia oraz użyteczność w leczeniu skomplikowanych i głębokich ran. Preparat ten jest łatwy w użyciu, niezwykle skuteczny – zatrzymuje wypływ krwi w 30 sekund a w ciągu kilku minut po nasypaniu środka na rany tworzy się skrzep. CELOX nie przykleja się do rany, nie wywołuje reakcji cieplnej. Działa w warunkach hipotermii, kiedy temperatura krwi jest poniżej 18.5°C. Opatrunek Celox jest używany w sytuacji, gdy konwencjonalne metody tamowania krwawień okazują się nieskuteczne lub niemożliwe do zastosowania, np.: w warunkach działań wojennych.
